We offer two pickup locations:

Bike & Roll at Navy Pier between 5:00pm-7:00pm: 600 E Grand Ave Chicago IL 60611

Bike & Roll at Millennium Park between 5:00pm-7:00pm: 34 S. Michigan Ave Chicago IL 60603

 

Drop Off

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel up to 72 hours prior to the rental start time and would like a refund, Bike and Roll will issue a refund less a 10% service fee. No refunds are issued for reservations cancelled with less than 72 hours notice. If the event is cancelled by the event organizers, Bike and Roll will issue a full refund.
